What Our ClientsSay

Real Stories. Real Satisfaction

Nick went above and beyond to make our pool and landscaping perfect. He is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with!

We hired Nick at Pools of Houston to build our dream pool in our new backyard and he definitely delivered. The space was unconventional and a tight fit for a lot of the machinery, but they pulled it off. Nick took everything we asked for and mocked it up using his software so we could see exactly how it would look in real life. There were no surprises. He wasn't pushy, he didn't try to upsell us.

Nick and Lisa from Pools of Houston were very easy to work with, not to mention very professional. Nick's phone call and text response time is maybe 5 minutes, if not shorter. He is not about sugar coating what he does. We enjoyed working with them and trust his crews. Nick will even send you a cute video set to music from the beginning of the project to the end.

Nick did an amazing job from start to finish, from designing our ideas to completion and start-up. While other pool companies want you to come to their showroom, Nick comes to your house and backyard, which is his showroom. He knows the equipment and every aspect of the build from top to bottom and gives you that personal experience you'll look for when making such a big decision.

Pools of Houston made my experience very easy and smooth, one that we don't regret. I'm not one to write reviews, but after my experience I just had to. From day one to the finish, Nick kept us updated on the daily project. Everything was handled by Nick and his team. He even went over all the info to help us maintain our pool and did follow-ups, answering all our questions.
